The registration route

BP’s official Kirkuk project announcement establishes the redevelopment context. A project announcement does not identify an open supplier intake for every activity. The first task is to confirm who would buy your work and which entity is asking for your information.

The general BP supplier portal describes invited Ariba registration for suppliers and bidders. That group-level route does not establish the registration channel for a specific Kirkuk opportunity. We have not verified a public project-wide Kirkuk supplier portal.

Before an application is prepared, the relevant entity, products or services, location and buyer request need to be clear. A BP account, a project reference or contact with a contractor does not by itself establish acceptance by the intended buyer.

Illustrative example: a manufacturer invited by a named BP entity to register and a service company approached by a contractor working in Kirkuk should follow the requirements of different buyers. The contractor’s request may concern its own supplier assessment. Confirming the actual request prevents a general BP registration from being treated as project approval. This is an example, not a client case.

Who this is for

  1. Foreign manufacturers assessing a specific supply category and buyer in Kirkuk.
  2. Companies with a BP invitation whose scope and receiving entity need confirmation.
  3. Service providers responding to a named project contractor or registration clarification.

Bring the actual invitation or buyer reference into the agreed review. A project name alone is not a registration route.

What Keybridge handles

Keybridge helps confirm the named buyer and available channel, prepares your supplier profile and agreed supporting information, and coordinates submission where you authorise us and the channel permits. We follow up on requests for clarification within the agreed engagement.

Your route may involve direct operator supply or a service or EPC contractor. If your objective is a wider presence in Iraq, we can discuss commercial representation separately from the registration work.

You review and approve the information and retain control of commitments. Keybridge provides independent support and does not represent BP or a Kirkuk project buyer. Any tender preparation is separately agreed: your nominated decision-maker approves it and your company submits the response. The buyer retains acceptance and award decisions.
