Publisher and scope
This website is published by Keybridge LLC, operating publicly as Keybridge. Our main branch is in Erbil. These terms concern use of the website; the terms agreed for client work are set out in the relevant written engagement.
If you do not accept these website terms, please stop using the site.
Using the website
You may read the pages, print them for your own use and share links. Do not impersonate Keybridge, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s operation or use its forms to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material.
Do not reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission or another applicable right.
General information
The website describes our six services and provides general business information. It does not assess your company’s circumstances or replace engagement-specific advice. Requirements, authority charges and external procedures can change; confirm those relevant to your work before making a decision.
- ISO certification: we support preparation; an independent certification body makes the certification decision.
- Company registration: the relevant authorities decide applications and approvals.
- Vendor registration: the organisation operating the list decides eligibility and acceptance.
- Tender preparation: you approve commercial positions and submissions; the buyer decides evaluation and award.
- Corporate websites: deliverables and ongoing responsibilities depend on the agreed scope. Search rankings, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed.
- Bookkeeping and filing: work follows the agreed records and scope. It does not itself constitute an independent audit or guarantee a tax outcome.
Written engagements
A website visit or initial inquiry does not appoint Keybridge to act for you. A written agreement establishes the work, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, commercial terms and approval requirements.
Payment arrangements, third-party charges, changes, cancellation, deliverable ownership and responsibility for client work belong in that agreement. Authority to submit documents or communicate on your behalf must also be established. Where website descriptions differ from an agreed engagement, the agreement governs that work, subject to applicable law.
Information and confidential documents
Provide accurate records, identify relevant gaps or changes and make sure you are authorised to share the information and materials supplied. Commercial and submission decisions remain subject to the client approvals agreed for the engagement.
Use the public form for the initial inquiry. Before confidential documents are exchanged, we agree the NDA, access and sharing arrangements. See Security for our confirmed controls and Privacy for personal-data handling.
Content and intellectual property
Website content may be owned by Keybridge or used under another owner’s licence. Software, fonts, images, standards references and third-party names or marks retain their applicable ownership and licence terms.
The written engagement determines rights in client deliverables, including any third-party components.
External services
Links may open external registries, authorities, messaging services or AI tools. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. Keybridge does not control their availability or content.
Responses generated by external AI tools are not a proposal, instruction or advice issued by Keybridge.
Availability, updates and contact
We may update or remove website content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free information. Please report a material error so we can review it.
Nothing here excludes a responsibility or limits a right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
