Company
Keybridge is the public name of Keybridge LLC. We support market entry and business development in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Our main branch is in Erbil.
Correspondence: Empire Business Tower 4, Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. Website: keybridge.krd. Email: [email protected].
Entry routes
These services address different needs. We start with your activity, intended operating location and the result you need.
- Foreign branch: a registration route for an existing foreign company expanding its operations. We compare it with a new local company against your activity and plans.
- New company: registration with an agreed legal form, activity, location and shareholder structure. Proposed ownership is checked against the activity and registration jurisdiction.
- Commercial representation: local commercial work within an agreed mandate, including presenting your approved offering and following up with buyers. You retain approval of the offer.
Services
Our services cover Market Entry, Compliance and Business Development. Related work can be coordinated under one agreed scope.
Foreign branch
We confirm the route for your parent company, activity and location, then prepare and coordinate the agreed registration. You provide the required company or shareholder documents and approvals. When the branch is registered, we provide its complete legal registration papers.
New company
We agree the legal form, registration location, business activity and shareholder percentages before proceeding. You provide the required documents and approvals. We coordinate the registration and provide the complete legal registration papers when it is finished.
Commercial representation
We identify relevant buyers, present your approved products or services and manage local commercial follow-up. For specialist-service bids, your team supplies the technical response while we coordinate the local and commercial work. Submission on your behalf requires your authorization.
ISO certification
We agree the standard, company, sites and certification scope, then help prepare the management system and records. An accredited certification body audits the system and makes the certification decision. Your team keeps the management system in use and maintains its records.
Bookkeeping and filing
We review the periods, records and outstanding filing issues, then organize books, receipts, contracts and tax records. We reconcile the available evidence and identify gaps needing your input. Accounting, filing and legal responsibilities are defined in the scope.
Vendor registration
We agree the target buyer, product or service category and expected timeline before payment. We organize your company profile and supporting documents, prepare the agreed application and coordinate follow-up. Your team supplies current, accurate records.
Tender preparation
We review the tender documents, deadline and required evidence, then coordinate the agreed response. Your specialists supply and approve technical commitments for specialist-service bids. You approve the final content, price and commitments, and receive a copy of the completed tender.
Corporate website
We agree the pages, functions and design direction using your company profile, services and supplied content. The initial website includes two revision rounds. You review the design and content, and receive the website and access after final payment.
Process
An initial inquiry does not appoint Keybridge to act for you. Changes, cancellation, ownership and submission authority are addressed in the written agreement.
Keybridge integrates AI agents across CRM, website management, inquiry handling and communications. Connected workflows support research, coordination and follow-up.
Keybridge directs the systems, manages client relationships and controls commercial decisions and commitments.
AI agents work with public and non-private information under our confidentiality policy.
- Start with the result you need. Send your activity, location, relevant buyer requirement and any fixed deadline through the business-inquiry form, email, WhatsApp or Telegram. A call is optional.
- We define the work, deliverables, required documents, responsibilities and commercial terms before starting. The written engagement records payment stages and any applicable delivery or refund commitment.
- You provide accurate records, identify missing information and approve the matters assigned to you. For offers and tenders, this includes the agreed pricing, technical content and delivery commitments.
- We review the documents, workload and buyer or authority deadlines before agreeing the plan. Submission or communication on your behalf follows the authority granted in the engagement.
Commitments
Zero-Risk Partnership names our commercial-representation model. Other services have their own payment, delivery and refund commitments. Read the relevant service page alongside your agreed scope.
- Commercial representation: no upfront representation fee. The commission is agreed separately for each partnership and added to your base price. It becomes payable when you receive the buyer’s payment. You approve the final offer before submission.
- Foreign branch and new company: 50% at the start and 50% when registration is complete. Official and third-party charges are included in the agreed investment and disclosed before work begins. If we fail to complete the agreed registration, we refund your payment in full.
- Vendor registration: payment is upfront. If the agreed registration fails, we refund the registration cost and our consulting fee in full. If a delay caused by Keybridge makes us miss the agreed deadline, you may stop the work and receive a full refund. Buyer or authority delays can require more time; we explain the delay and keep you updated.
- ISO certification: the agreed price includes the audits required for the selected one-year or three-year period. We stand behind the certificate’s authenticity, agreed accreditation and validity for the purchased period. If we do not meet that commitment, we refund the full amount.
- Tender preparation: payment is due when the agreed tender has been completed and submitted, whether by you or by us with your authorization. You receive a copy of the completed tender.
- Corporate website: two revision rounds, with 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. You own the website. We hand over the website and access after the second payment is received.
- Bookkeeping and filing: the scope, priorities and responsibilities follow a review of the records and outstanding issues. Timing depends on their volume and condition.
Decisions
The organisation operating a supplier list makes the acceptance decision. Registration, tender invitations and contract awards are separate buyer decisions. A registration or refund commitment does not establish an order from a buyer.
For ISO work, the independent certification body makes the certification decision. We provide the issuing body and accreditation details so the certificate and scope can be checked.
Bookkeeping and filing does not itself constitute an independent audit or guarantee a tax outcome. A corporate website does not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue. Requirements, authority charges and external procedures should be confirmed for the engagement.
Confidentiality
The public inquiry form is for initial requirements and does not accept file uploads. Before confidential documents are exchanged, we sign an NDA and agree why the information is needed, who may access it and how files will be shared. Any outside contractor signs an NDA.
We store client records locally on company Mac computers in Erbil, in premises with restricted physical access. Website and communication providers may process information separately. Privacy explains those providers and the standard retention schedule; the engagement addresses any required exceptions and document handover.
Keybridge uses LLMs only with public or non-private information. Internal, secure and private client documents are never uploaded to LLMs. The website’s external AI links open a generic public prompt; they do not include your inquiry details or client documents.
Experience
Impact studies distinguish historical Keybridge projects from relevant experience of our team. Read the work, dates, attribution and evidence notes together. A historical result is specific to the engagement described and does not establish the same result for a future project.
Company logos identify businesses we have worked with. A current formal partnership requires its own supporting statement.
