A clear refund commitment
We stand behind the certificate’s authenticity, agreed accreditation and validity for the one-year or three-year period you purchase. If we do not meet that commitment, we refund the full amount.
Verify the issuing body
We provide the issuing certification body and its accreditation details. Check the certificate and accreditation scope with the issuing and accreditation bodies, or through IAF CertSearch where listed.

ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation has a separate route and scope.
