Corporate Website
What a procurement officer finds when they search your company name
Your website is one place a buyer can check the company behind a proposal. The published services, credentials and contact details should agree with the documents your company presents.
Check for contradictions first
Compare the company name, location and service description with the current profile and proposal. Review certificate details and project descriptions for accuracy and permission to publish. Conflicting information creates avoidable questions during a commercial review.
Show the evidence relevant to the offer
Publish the work and credentials that help explain the service being offered. Describe completed projects accurately and preserve client confidentiality. An anonymous example can explain the work without presenting unapproved customer names or documents.
Keep the inquiry route clear
Make the company’s location and contact routes easy to find. Ask for enough information to understand the initial requirement. Public inquiry forms should not encourage a buyer to upload private contracts or internal financial records.
Review search descriptions as well as the site
Check how the company is described in relevant results and recorded AI answers. Correct information the company controls and keep a record of unresolved inaccuracies. An observed citation does not guarantee a buyer’s acceptance or an invitation to bid.
Agree the website deliverables
The website proposal defines the pages, languages, approved evidence and any search work included. Hosting, updates and measurement are agreed explicitly. A profile document or additional brand material is included only where it is part of that scope.
